- No advance payment is required, and no charges will be made to your credit card before the check-in date.
- Exceptionally, to verify the card's validity, a charge equivalent to the cost of the first night may be made, which will be immediately refunded.
- The full payment for the stay will be made at the reception at the time of check-in.
- You may cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 5 days prior to your arrival date.
- If you fail to show up at the hotel or cancel outside the indicated time frame, the cost of the first night will be charged as a cancellation fee.
